1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pak799 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on pak799, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

3 Age Verification

pak799 operates strictly as an 18+ platform. By registering, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age. We take underage gaming seriously and may request supporting documentation to verify your age at any point during your account's lifetime.

4 Deposits

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have arranged an alternative with our support team.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before a withdrawal is processed, any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for larger withdrawal amounts. This is a standard security procedure and is not personal to you.

• We reserve the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests flagged by our fraud prevention systems. This is for your protection as much as ours.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pak799 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket season promotions during PSL, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time they are offered, in addition to the general conditions set out here.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases, bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. This figure is clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, gifted, or sold.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• pak799 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already claimed it, your existing progress towards the wagering requirement will be honoured.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers — for example, by placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity — may result in bonuses being voided and accounts being reviewed.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.

7 Sports Betting Rules

pak799 offers sports betting across cricket, football, esports, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Cricket betting at pak799 covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, and major international tournaments. Specific markets available may vary depending on the match and event.
• In-play betting is available on selected matches. In-play odds change in real time and bets must be confirmed before a market is suspended. pak799 is not responsible for technical delays that result in a bet not being placed in time.
• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football, etc.). In the case of a disputed result, bets will be settled once a final official decision is made.

• Accumulator and combination bets are available. All individual selections within an accumulator must win for the overall bet to be paid out, unless a specific each-way or insurance rule applies.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

pak799 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold funds from that account pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity is detected, including use of stolen payment details or identity fraud.
• Multiple accounts are found to have been created by the same person.
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers is identified.
• The account is used in connection with money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or verification.
• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards pak799 staff is reported.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified and given the opportunity to respond. Where funds are withheld during an investigation and the account is subsequently cleared, those funds will be released. Accounts closed as a result of confirmed rule violations will not have funds returned where those funds were generated through fraudulent or prohibited activity.

11 Limitation of Liability

pak799 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• pak799 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party payment provider delays outside of our direct control.
